First time visit for a prenatal massage and it was an absolute delight! Elizabeth focused on the areas that really needed attention, she was very professional, warm and friendly. I will absolutely be going back!
RMT Elizabeth is THE most genuinely caring person I know. She has an incredible ability to immediately put you at ease. She will ask questions to ensure she understands what you need and customize a treatment that fits you. You truly feel seen and heard. Outstanding.
Wonderful experience with Michelle for osteo Elizabeth for massages. I’ve been seeing both for a year now and it’s made a huge improvement in stiffness and movement in my body. This is a very lovely space with great energy, and both Michelle and Elizabeth take the time and really care to provide the best care for their patients. Highly recommend all the great services offered here.
Originally came here as a recommendation from a coworker for a massage. I owe the guy a beer for it! At this point I've made the rounds and gone to Elizabeth, Zoë, Eric, and Michelle. The staff here are all great. Good amount of availability, and if there is any need to reschedule they are quick to let you know and reschedule for a time that works best for you. They also have an option to get weekly emails of last minute availability which is helpful for pain flare ups. I also really appreciate that they don't focus on cramming as many appointments in a week and making as much money as possible, and instead will space out appointments so you don't run out of insurance coverage, or even recommend alternating massage and osteo to maximize benefits and pain relief. Originally I was just here for massages, but now I go to the Osteopath (Michelle) due to hip issues as a previous physical therapist I went to wasn't making any progress. My hip is worlds better now after a few weeks of appointments and I'm not having the daily pain I was suffering with.
What an experience! From the moment I met Suzy I was welcomed with a big smile and told the goal was to feel like I’m floating on a cloud! Check, check and check! I enjoyed the lifting massage,Enzymatic peel and nourishing mask and had no regrets of my choice. We took before and after photos and there is actual change in my skin after treatment. Wow! I looked refreshed and I felt it as well. What a pleasure meeting you Suzy, thank you for an experience and all the info along the way to help me understand what exactly I am getting done. You’re a gem!
