OUTSTANDING!! The vet was gonna charge hundreds to sedate our kitty to get matted hair out...Our black kitty is not cooperative..They cleaned her and got it out no problem for a super reasonable price!! Definitely will bring our kitties here from now on

My cat got squirt in the face by a skunk this past weekend and he smelled horrible. Pampered Pet didn't hesitate to see him the same day. They even sold products I was going to purchase elsewhere for the skunk smell in the home which was very convenient. They offered to shave him (& recommended because he smelled so bad 😭) & they did an amazing job!! He is so soft and smells soooo clean. It's been 3 days & he still smells the way he did when I picked him up; the smell isn't even in the house anymore which I highly doubt would be the case if I tried washing him on my own. His coat was also making him itch due to the warmer weather & his dry skin, but since he's been home, he's noticeably much more comfortable. 10/10 recommend! ⭐️

I switched here after taking my pittie to Pet Smart for 2 years. My dog has really long quick and I felt they were never trimmed close enough. After my girls first visit here, her nails look so good! She smells amazing and is so soft. I was happy to not pick up a wet, smelly dog for once! Will be coming here monthly for her and my puppy.

What a great place for my pup's spa day of grooming! I can always get a last minute appointment, the staff is always helpful and courteous. They have a huge selection of toys and treats, clothes, otc medicines and beds at reasonable prices. My boy always looks handsome and smells fresh. The grooming menu includes spa treatments like oatmeal baths, nail grinding, deodorizing, luxury fragrances, bows and bananasand much more that I can't remember. My pup is in and home in 3 hours so he isn't sitting in a kennel half the day. Saturday hours! Highly recommend!
