Killed it… again! I came in with inspo pics that were a very dramatic contrast to what hair colour I had. Rachel was super upfront from the start about what was realistically achievable within my budget, while still keeping my long-term hair goals in mind. She checked in with me the whole time, explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable trusting in the process. My bangs are genuinely the best they’ve ever been, I can’t stop staring at myself. I’m absolutely obsessed with my hair and even though it’s not exactly what I walked in wanting, it somehow turned out much much better. 10/10 !!!!
Absolutely amazing service. Ayngel did an incredible job on my hair. A full transformation taking it from blonde to the most beautiful cherry cola red. She was really helpful and informative on how to care for my hair. Im very impressed and definitely found my new salon!
Loved the experience with Taylah. She was very informative and noted I could have my dream hair quicker then I expected. She also outlined how to keep my hair healthy and begin the process. Also the head massage was amazing!
It was my first time seeing Jewels and she was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and totally understood what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I expected and I’m already excited to go back. Such a lovely vibe the whole time! ♥️😇
I was referred here by 2 friends years ago during their first salon era. I used to come here frequently until my second last visit. The first photo is the quality of the service I used to receive compared to my second last visit, reflected in the last two photos. Needless to say the photos speak for themselves. First pic took approximately 4 hours for a full head of foils. Second photo took 6.5 hours. Same brief, different stylists. Was offered a complimentary service to rectify, but decided to walk out after being told it would actually cost an additional $450 to rectify after arriving. Needless to say I found myself a new hairdresser. The one that took 6.5 hours was styled by a qualified stylist and a trainee stylist. I was asked on the spot if the trainee stylist could put some curls in, I reluctantly said yes because I didn’t want to say no in front of the trainee. Still paid full price, and the styling was snagging on my hair and hurt like hell.
