I had a wonderful experience at Papilio Boutique while searching for my wedding dress. The boutique has truly unique and elegant styles that you don’t see everywhere, which made the experience feel extra special. Kristina provided exceptional service—she was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. She made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better support when choosing such an important dress. Highly recommend Papilio Boutique to any bride looking for something unique and beautiful!
I recently had my very first wedding dress appointment, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before my visit, I spent a long time carefully selecting the dresses I wanted to try on, as the booking system required me to submit my list in advance. However, the very first thing we were told upon arrival was: “It seems like our system is broken and we didn’t receive your list.” There was no apology for the time I had already spent selecting dresses or for the extra time wasted during the appointment trying to recreate that list. Instead of using the booked 1 hour and 15 minutes to actually try on dresses, the first ~15 minutes were spent figuring out which dresses I had chosen and locating them in the store. To make matters worse, many of the dresses I had seen online were not available in-store at all, which makes the website feel misleading. When booking, I was told I would be able to try on 10 dresses. We arrived on time, and I moved quickly, but I was only able to try on 9 before being told, “You are out of time”—despite the fact that a significant portion of the appointment was lost due to system issues beyond my control. Additionally, customers are not allowed to touch or browse the dresses themselves; only the consultants can do so. This made the process even slower and more frustrating, as finding specific dresses took much longer than necessary. Overall, this was not the “first bridal appointment” experience I had hoped for. Thankfully, I had much better experiences at other boutiques. I would strongly recommend calling ahead before booking to confirm that your selected dress list was received, and the dresses you want to try on are actually available in-store.

From the moment you walk in, you feel like you've entered your own private little bridal haven—and now I totally understand why they charge for appointments. You get the entire boutique to yourself, which makes the experience so intimate and relaxed. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Everything was thoughtful, calm, and tailored to me. I walked away with the perfect dress and a huge smile on my face. Totally worth every penny—10/10 recommend!
