Parado Power is GAS! I love these classes and my coaches really know how to come up with Challenging workouts! The classes are different all the time. The coaches work on your technique and help you become stronger and better. You really feel the workout the next day. I have shared this workout with friends and family and they are hooked. Excellent coaching by Blake, Jenson, and Micah. Blake assessed my current physical condition and my goals and developed a tailored, personalized training plan for me (I am a senior). They are very encouraging and keep it FUN while pushing you. The exercises are mixed every week, so nothing gets stale. I am SO PLEASED with the results / gains in the two months since starting. My normal exercise is endurance cycling and the strength training from Parado Training has noticeably improved this too. Lastly, my nearly 100 yo dad has also started training with Parado and the results are amazing (see pic)!
I always get a great workout at Parado Power! The group fitness classes are accommodating to all fitness levels yet still challenging. For personal training, Blake and his staff are experts in working towards your goals, whether it's general fitness or preparing for athletic competition. Highly recommend for those like me who prefer structured exercise and want to get the best workout on a tight schedule!
Blake, Jensen, and Micah are the BEST. I started personal training to get stronger to keep up with our very active grandson. I go twice a week and I soon was able to get up off the floor without using my hands. I have been going for 3 months and the workouts are challenging, however, do-able. The trainers are all so friendly and encouraging and constantly check in to make sure that I am not overdoing anything. I can walk faster with less effort, lift more, and run after my grandson. Parado Power was recommending by a good friend. I definitely recommend them.
I recently relocated to Hawai‘i and was looking for a nearby gym focused on weight training. After trying a few places, I came across Parado Powers and had a great experience from the start. They were very welcoming and informative, especially about parking, which I really appreciated as someone new to the area. Blake didn’t even take payment for my first trial, which felt genuinely refreshing. What stood out most was how clean the gym is — especially for a group workout space. The bathrooms are spotless, and the overall environment makes you want to come in and train. If you’re not into loud, chaotic gyms that push reps over proper form, this is a great place. The staff are friendly, take time to answer questions, and carefully correct posture when needed. Highly recommend. 10/10
