The salon was clean, organized, and had a relaxing feeling. No one made you feel rushed. I did a gloss, hydration (I have very curly hair), trim, and a blow out. My stylist was very kind and I enjoyed the time I had with her. She did a wonderful job on my hair and I felt renewed with my hair.

I’ve loved the atmosphere of this salon and the overall vibe, which is why I decided to book my hair Botox treatment here. This was my first time going here. However, my recent experience felt a bit rushed and left me slightly disappointed. During my appointment, my stylist explained the process in a way that made it feel like everything needed to move quickly, almost as if I needed to get in and out of the salon. When the hair Botox treatment was applied, she initially left it on for about 10 minutes. Thankfully, the owner happened to be there when I went to get my hair washed and the owner corrected that it actually needed to sit for about 20 minutes. If the owner hadn’t stepped in, the treatment likely would have been washed out early, which would have been disappointing considering the cost of the service. After the treatment, my hair was styled. I requested voluminous curls, but the curls were smaller more of a “blowout style” and didn’t really have the big, bouncy look I had hoped for. At one point I also noticed the curling iron was unplugged while she was using it, which made me worry that if I hadn’t caught it, the styling might not have been done properly. Overall, I still really like this salon and the environment, and I would definitely consider booking again in the future. I would just likely request a different stylist next time to ensure I get the full experience the salon is known for.

Needed my hair done for a 1940’s black tie event last minute. Not only did they accommodate me, they also offer and were able to do my makeup. I would recommend this service to anyone for any occasion! Hope’s consult was thorough, collaborative, and she improved on my vision. Her expertise blew me away and my finished look exceeded expectations.
