I’m only giving five stars because it won’t let me give 10 or 1 million! I’ve met countless vets over the years and never ever met a facility with the most amazing staff from the front desk to the back as wonderful as Parkers Paws 🐾. I’m a wordsmith and at a loss for words to adequately express my thanks.
The best vet practice ever! We have been coming here for the last few years and will continue to for many years to come. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Smith conducted my dogs annual exam today. She was great! Took her time, answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable. They really care about your pet! They help you be the best pet parent you can to your fur babies. Also I find this practice to be very affordable and reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommend!!
I recently started coming here from another vet due to how expensive my old vet is. Parkers Paws has seen my dog and cat! They’re always so sweet and set clear expectations and give you the what, why and how of everything. They explain everything in detail and are realistic, but they also work with you. I’ve had a budget I’ve had to stay within on multiple visit and they’re very willing to work with you and understanding and empathetic. I never feel judged. Everyone I’ve interacted with between the front desk staff (shout out Megan, she’s the reason I switched to this vet in particular and she’s amazing ) to any doctor that has interacted with my dog or cat has been so helpful and you can tell they really care! Couldn’t be happier with the switch 💕
Parker’s Paws has been great to work with and always professional. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate my dog, who can sometimes be a bit of a handful, and they handle her with patience and care. I really appreciate their understanding and the attention they give every visit.
Everyone here is GREAT! However, I want to especially shine a light on Dr. K (Rahel Klapheke Sloan, DVM). She has gone above and beyond to help me with my cat. He is a VERY mean cat when it comes to being at the vet and she did everything she could to help accommodate him and settle him as we needed to get some testing done. Once the testing got back to her, she sent me a very detailed and long email about what is specifically wrong with my cat and the path we can take moving forward. She communicates and follows up in a timely manner. Most importantly - she cares. I would recommend Parkers Paws to anyone but especially Dr. K.
