We had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by bringing in a rocking recliner for us to try in-store, with no pressure to purchase. We ultimately chose a different model they had also sourced, and the pricing was far better than the big box stores. Delivery was smooth and professional, and even though we missed their call due to having a newborn, they were understanding and still set everything up quickly. Highly recommend!

I explained what I was looking for, and they quickly pointed me in the right direction. The purchase was easy and straightforward, and I walked out feeling confident in my choice. Even better, the chairs were delivered within 24 hours! The delivery team was friendly, professional, and handled everything with care. I’ve also purchased a coffee table set from them in the past, and once again, they provided the same wonderful and speedy service. Consistently great experiences and excellent customer service. Highly recommend supporting this local shop!

I love the team at Parliament Furniture! Rob, Hilton, everyone here is amazing. They are the kindest almost thoughtful folks. We use Parliament Furniture at my work as a non-for profit organization to provide vulnerable women furniture when they move into their homes. I swear the staff themselves are trained social workers, they are so mindful to our clients. Their furniture is also modern and reasonably priced. They do delivery and build the furniture for you. What more can you ask for. :)
Great store to deal with! My daughter purchased a sofa bed from them and since she was within the free delivery/assembly area. Rob was so easy to deal with and so accommodating regarding delivery. His deliverers showed up early and assembled the sofa very quickly and were very pleasant. I would definitely shop there again! Thanks again Rob!
