I WOULDN’T USE ANY OTHER COMPANY! The bouncy house and basketball hoop were both non stop fun for our little ones. It kept them happy and busy all day long and well into the night. Michelle and the office staff go out of their way to help and guide what product is most appropriate for space and the children’s ages. The delivery and setup were seamless, the staff were extra efficient and very personable!!! Will be using Party/Jump every time!
Starry Nights executed a movie night at my son's high school. We rented the entire set-up from them. Their equipment was excellent, they sent 2 lovely and professional technicians. The night of our movie the wind picked up and they were able to quickly move our set-up to a 2nd location on property, then got our movie started. And Carmen in Customer service was very nice and responsive. Thanks for the fun night that our kids will always remember!
Just wanted to say wow, thank you to this team, Michelle and Carmen for working with us on such short notice to pull off a family movie night at our coffee shop. They were very responsive and informative on what we needed to ensure everything ran smoothly. They had options we could choose from to best fit our space. Thank you to the two techs who showed up an hour early and took care of everything from set up to tear down, it relieved a lot of stress from our end! Highly recommended to anyone wanting to book with Party Jump for movie nights.
The staff at party jump, ranging from Michelle to the workers who placed the inflatable were nothing but kind, understanding and responsive. They were transparent with pricing, flexible with pick up, and were even able to get us a same-day inflatable! This team works really hard and we had a great experience. I cannot recommend Party Jump enough!
Great Company locally owned and operated. Ive had nothing but the best service from them. Beautiful Jump houses for every occasion. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. Would highly recommend them for any occasion. My daughter is so happy every single time. They are always punctual and communicate very well. Owners are wonderful people as well as all their employees. Exceptional Service. Thank you Party Jump!
