Met my daughter for an appointment to choose linens. The girls in the showroom seemed knowledgeable but were not friendly or outgoing. What could have been exciting fun time was uncomfortable and awkward.

Party Pro has a lot of rental items to choose from. Our church camp is in the process of planning a Gala, and we were trying to decide colors, flatware, dishes, runners, etc. Party Pro allowed us to check out some items for our team to choose from. This helped tremendously. It was easy to drop off the items to return, and work with our representative in order to book our selected items for our event.

I do want to start by saying everything I ordered was correct. Amounts and sizing were right. However when it came to customer service I don't have many positive things to say. The sales rep that booked the order was okay but the delivery side is a MESS. I called the emergency line once and was told I would get a call back to NO AVIL. I asked for delivery first thing in the morning and was told it would be before 10. 10 came and went and I called the emergency line I was told she would find out the status and give me a "quick call back". When 11 o'clock came with no call I tried to call the emergency line 6 times for my call to "fail" every time (I was probably blocked) finally thought to call with my husbands phone & the call went through the first time *surprise*. We were then told we were next and the linens were 5 minutes out, at 11:40. We didn't get linens until noon. Not a sorry, not a how can we make this right, nothing. This vendor was a requirement from the venue but I would never again put my trust in them for someone's important day. I have been in the decor business for 10 years and would NEVER deliver this type of service to a client. For overpriced rental linens you would expect some kind of organization.

Highly do not recommend this place. Renting from here was totally a nightmare. Terri, the sales rep is very unprofessional & has horrible customer service skills (every time she said she will return your phone call, it’s a lie. Kept having to call the office to follow up). I spent $11,022.11 & received awful service. As you can see from attached receipt, I rented 12 window walls & 2 solid walls but didn’t receive what I paid for. Tent and walls were scheduled to be set up on Wednesday for my Wedding on Saturday. On Wednesday, tent was put up but no walls & they were about to leave without informing me. I had to stop them at my gate & asked why there were no walls. Was told that they have no window walls & that they need to order them & it may not get here until Friday. They ended up putting crusty solid walls up & told me that they’ll come back on Friday for window walls when it arrives. On Friday, I didn’t get any update whatsoever. So I called Terri, & was told that the walls they ordered had not arrived yet. Terri said that they’ll come out on Saturday morning to set up the walls. HOW IN THE WORLD will they be trying to install walls the day of my event? Told Terri it is impossible Saturday & I will not have them come out fixing to intervene my event. So they ended up coming on Friday & put up UNMATCHING shade colors of 1/2 solid &1/2 window walls. I rented walls for a reason! To prevent dust & wind from going inside too much. And for Partypro to have no walls to constantly take the walls up & down was extremely irritating. This created lots of dust inside the tent that got everywhere on my silverwares, decorations & etc. It’s unprofessional to offer something that they don’t have! The dance floor was not installed correctly & was a hazard (photo attached). They saw it but were too lazy to fix it. Keep in mind, I paid for them to install this. When brought to their attention an employee said that we would need to pay for them to fix it. How ridiculous is this? Response to owners replied: Viewers please refer to the Timelapse, I posted on the FB Tulsa Oklahoma Wedding page (since I can’t post it on here due to the length of it). As stated in the response from Partypro it only took 1.5 hrs for them to install walls on Friday. But according to my Timelapse recording inside the tent it was from 11am to 11:30pm! It literally shows the walls being taken down & up/ back & forth & the wind blowing all the table lining, silverwares, plastic wine glass cups off to the point where my team had to remove it off the tables. This all happened Friday morning till dark giving little to no time to do any other decor before the Saturday Reception. Partypro response stated “the sidewalls you are seeing in the customer pictures are the wrong sidewalls that went out to the job site 1.5 hours away & There was no silverware or catering equipment under the tent when sidewalls were installed.” First off, the 1.5 hours away was not free. I paid $430 for the delivery of tent & walls (shown on receipt attached) so not sure why you feel the need to mention that as if it was free. Secondly, the photo I’ve attached clearly shows silverware on the far left side tables. Luckily, my decor team were able to come out to remove the ones located in middle & right side tables. Photo shows that walls were taken down (please refer to video Timelapse for how long walls were down, all while I had many things inside the tent). This is a major issue because Tent & walls were scheduled/promised to be complete on Wednesday (it was not no courtesy). She knew that my decor team would be bringing all the decorations inside the following day. Lastly, if Partypro is truly sorry then they would’ve reached out to me right after my event (knowing how upset I was) or automatically process my refund for what I DID NOT receive. They have records of my payment information in their system so it wouldn’t be hard for them to process a refund. But instead they are only offering me a refund publicly because I made an honest public Google review that they don’t want.
