This company has helped my party rental business tremendously!! The warehouse is clean and well organized. Very professional and friendly staff. I do business with Raul and his team every weekend. They help load and unload my vehicle every time. If you are looking to start a party rental business, I would highly recommend Party & Tool Rentals. They sell and rent out rental equipment. 10 out of 10 company.

One Star, if it was possible to rate it lower I would!! Dirty and outdated equipment! The experience started off okay. I placed an order online and paid the deposit. There was no follow up phone call to confirm all the items were in stock and readily available. When I reached out the next day to confirm the order and it’s availability, the owner answered and hung up on me twice because he was on another phone trying to pay a phone bill! Didn’t say anything just hung up on my call after answering. After calling him back twice he finally answered. We worked out a schedule for delivery and waited for the event to take place. The next day 12/31/2024 his crew arrived onsite and walked me through the set up. By far the best experience was his driver. Really friendly and answered all my questions. Shortly afterwards, I went to connect the moonwalk and discovered that there was an issue with the bounce house not properly inflating. I immediately reached out to see if we could swap out the blower or even the moonwalk. His shop is less than 30 minutes away! It was 3:40 at this point. I was hosting a New Year’s party and was expecting a good turn out. The bounce house was imperative! When he answered his immediate response was to issue a refund. He wasn’t interested in even dispatching a tech. He stated that all his workers were gone for the day and there was nothing that he could do. I asked if he was the owner and he confirmed he was. At that point I told him that I understood his workers were not available and that he should step in to assist and he got very angry! All he needed to do was to bring a replacement blower and that would have solved the issue. He became very belligerent and hostile when I told them I was not interested in a refund or a credit I just needed good working equipment. I relayed that if he could not replace the blower fan that he could collect the Hot Dog machine, the margarita machine and the tables and chairs too! All hell broke lose at that point. He flew off the hinges and became very emotional at that point. He then proceeded to scream and curse at me. He stated that he was going to make an effort to bring a guy in just to stop by and collect all the equipment. I could not believe what he was saying! After telling me that nothing could be done and all his workers went home and no help could be offered, he was willing to collect all the rental equipment based off his emotional reaction and proceeds to hung up on me! After that call I then went outside to review the equipment that he delivered. I was able to determine a faulty extension cord was the issue. There were actually wires exposed outside of the jacket near the connection on the extension cord use to power up the blower fan. There is actually another review on here that had the same issue with outdated and malfunctioning equipment (specifically an extension cord) that the owner had to pay a small claim towards. I tried to call him back to let him know that I corrected the issue but he refused to answer my call! This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. Not only was the extension cord faulty but the chairs and tables were in terrible condition! Most chairs were missing caps on the feet and all the chairs were covered in filth and rust.The margarita machine was disgusting and had mold/mildew in the light housing. The hot dog machine was also dirty! I understand that this is rental equipment but there’s a point where it’s best to just replace the chairs and these have past that point. The margarita and hot dog machine I can too understand that this would need to be cleaned but not like this! Overall I would not recommend this company to enemy!
Party & Tool Rentals did an amazing job for our event! The process was seamless and their prices are highly competitive! They were communicative, punctual, and very professional! I would highly recommend Party & Tool Rentals for your event!
I have been working with this Company for years. They are always responsible, fair in prices, on time and high quality and clean rentals. Raul Jr and Eddie that were picking up the inflatable were great , kind and efficient. I highly recommend this company for your parties! They are amazing. Kudos to the team
