So I had transmission problems and they were able to get me in and diagnose me without an appointment within a day. Their service was excellent. They kept in contact and let me know what was going on and they gave me a fair and reasonable price.
My husband and I have both been taking our cars to Patriot for a few years now. We use them for routine maintenance, oil changes, and any repairs we need on our cars. They are easy to work with, accommodating, kind, honest, and have fair prices. We both especially love working with Emily (the service manager) - she is fantastic!
My Ford Excursion broke down on a trip from Denver, leaving me in a bind. Two shops told me it was impossible to repair my driveshaft the same day, one even said it’d be “very impressive” if anyone could pull it off. But Emily locked in a spot for me, and Jason removed it, raced across town and back, and had it reinstalled in under three hours! These are salt of the earth professionals who truly care and take pride in their work. Absolute rockstars!
My mother in law's car found a new home for friendly reliable service I took my mother-in-law's car to Patriot Auto to get serviced and checked for safety. Their service advisor was so friendly and helpful! They did a detailed inspection and even checked for services already done by other shops in the past. I have the best mother-in-law ever and knowing the wonderful folks at Patriot Auto will always be able to take care of her and her car gives me peace of mind! I highly recommend Patriot Auto!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! I found Patriot Auto to have really transparent service and reasonable prices compared to many other auto shops in the area. Emily was very friendly, informative, and easy to work with! And the mechanics were very quick and efficient. We will definitely continue to come here for any car issues in the future!
