Great place. Been using what we call the Kitty Condo for about 10 years. First with an older cat and now with a much younger one. Excellent care and service. We feel safe leaving a member of the family there.

Pats Cats sandbagged me for Thanksgiving. In response to the owner response: TO BE CLEAR: WE WERE “REACHED OUT TO” at before 11:59 AM THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING TO SAY THEY *CLOSED AT NOON* - THERE WAS NO PREVIOUS CONTACT - my wife received NO EMAIL, NO TEXT, NO CALL. Would you care to add another falsehood? If you sent an email - forward the “sent file” email for my review- you should really look for it- it isn’t there. Update: to there credit someone called me from the business at around 3:00 pm saying they could still take the cat although they weren’t open. I told her that we had already made other arrangements, she said she would still charge us a “no show” fee - and said she had left a message earlier in the week that they would not be open this afternoon - I have no verification on that, there was not a follow up email to their original contract and application email. I appreciate the effort we did a lot of legwork to get the kitty handled elsewhere (review to follow) Original review: They called my wife’s phone at 11:59 and said they’re closing at noon. Normally, they have afternoon drop off hours, there was no mention of this in the email or at all until one minute before they closed! THEY SAY THEY HAVE AFTERNOON DROP OFF AT 4:00 PM- SURPRISE! - not for the day before Thanksgiving! They better not try and charge me two nights for not showing up. This is no way to run a business.

Finally leaving a review many years late. Years ago I was evacuated from a historic wildfire and ended up in Sacramento while figuring out what to do next. Pat’s boarded my four cats and took excellent care of them — and they were kind enough to give a discount due to the situation. They took great care of my cats and I was really impressed with the set up. Very grateful for their support and kindness during a difficult time — it was such a relief to know my kitties were in good hands. Highly recommend.

We moved to Sacramento recently and I was a little stressed about finding a boarding facility for my two sphynx cats. One of my cats is on a heart medication and they both require a little more attention than some haired cats need. I was so pleasantly surprised with how well Pat's took care of them for the week we were on vacation. There was even a health concern during their stay but it was handled calmly and promptly. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats in their care in the future.

I was having a hard time having to leave my kitty for the first time. And the staff here is so great they sent me pictures of my kitty and gave me updates when needed. I felt a sense of relief knowing my cat is getting the best care. I will for sure be bringing my cat here whenever I need to go on vacation. As you can tell my cat also enjoyed it
