We’ve struggled to find a groomer for our long haired Siberian cat, so we were so happy to find Paws & Suds. Rather than needing to drop him off with a groomer for the better half of a day, Paws & Suds comes right to your door and performs the grooming in about an hour. It’s way less stressful for my cat, and we’re always happy with the result.
We couldn’t be happier with paws and suds! They have been dependable and do a wonderful job grooming our dogs! They are wonderful to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with their service!
Shout out to the lady who groomed Roscoe, she did a FANTASTIC job with him. When I first called they said that they didn't have any openings but somehow fit me in for later that day. They did everything in the van and within an hour and a half. He went from furball to gentlemen. Tremendous thanks to your team.
They've been very unreliable and difficult to communicate with. Once, they came 1.5 hrs late, didn't ring the doorbell, and left right away, claiming we weren't home (we saw the guy take a picture of our door for his boss on our Ring camera). The next time, they missed the appointment because their truck was in the shop, but didn't bother to notify us in advance - I emailed them when they were 45 min late. Two stars for the first and only time they did show up - in fairness, they did a good job that time.
I want to say thank you to the groomer who took care of my Bailey today. I didn’t get his name but he did an amazing job. I was in shock how beautiful my baby looked when I picked her up. Thank you so much again definitely will be booking again!
