Ms Karen's customer service was top tier. I found a dog boarding place closer to the airport. But Ms Karen made suure o got my records and followed to see if I still wanted service. I willl remember paws at play in the future. The customer service alone was 10/10!

BEST LOCATION!!! I tell ya, my baby boy Metro has been through it. Had a terrible experience with other daycares. So crazy how you spend money on these daycare just for them to hire high schoolers/untrained people to watch your baby. GRESHAM LAKE HAS THE BEST WORKERS!!! My lovely puppy became a social butterfly with manners. They even helped me correct habits he learned from those terrible daycare. This place is worth every penny!! Hands down the best daycare!

We have tried several boarding places over the years, this one is hands down the best! They are so knowledgeable and treat our dog like he is their own! Cannot say enough great things about them, we don’t hesitate to leave him in their very excellent and capable hands!

Sailor has had so much fun at daycare. I was nervous about sending him because he is so small. But the staff is so loving and engaged with the dogs. I feel very comfortable with Paws at Play and it’s incredibly clean compared to other daycares that I have visited.

Took my puppy there. She was nervous. I was nervous about leaving her but the person at the front was great with her. I called later to check on her and the staff was very responsive and put me at ease. When I picked her up, she was tired but happy. Great experience. Looking forward to next week.
