I’m surprised I’ve never reviewed here. Our doggy Ollie has been coming here since he was a puppy. We’ve done day care and doggy boarding, always a positive experience. Love the pics on instagram and getting to see your furbabies. Owners are super responsive and loving team! Highly recommend for your babies, they treat them like their own :)

We have chihuahuas that have been weekly guests at Paws for the last 6 years. We have leveraged their overnight boarding many times as well. The facilityy is excellent and there is a great area for little dogs. The care our family has received from the entirety of the Paws over many years has been incredible. Thank you. I couldn't love my pets any more, and I entrust them to Paws.

My family and I recently travelled to downtown Toronto for my son's wedding and a week-end vacation. Needing a boarding service for our dog near our hotel, we researched several options and ultimately chose Paws Playgrounds based on their excellent reviews. We are so pleased with our decision! While we were out having a blast celebrating the wedding and enjoying the TIFF activities, we had complete peace of mind knowing our dog was having a good time making friends with other pets. Karl and Sue and other team members were wonderful, keeping us posted daily on how things went with detailed descriptions and great snap shots of our pet mingling with his new friends. They were also very accommodating to our requests including the late arrival and pick-up. We will definitely use Paws Playgrounds again on our next trip to Toronto and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends looking for the same service.

Paws Playground has been such a wonderful place for our puppy’s protective parents to take her while we are away. Their staff is incredibly responsive and provides the cutest, most detailed daily updates with all the relevant information you’d want, plus adorable photos. Their staff treat our dog as if it’s their own and she loves going to their facility. I can’t say enough about how great they are and would highly recommend this boarding for even the most nervous and protective dog parents (us)…

Love this place! We take our 2 corgis here 1-2 times a week and safe to say it is the highlights of their week! We especially love that they post stories of all the doggies throughout the day and then over 100 photos are captured from the day and shared on their fb page in addition to the photos they also post on their Instagram. Seeing these photos are also a highlight of our days as well! Attached some photos of our doggies here☺️ thanks for all the love and support you provide to our pups!
