My dog has a poultry allergy and we struggled for 9 years trying to find clean food in petsmart. He used to have science diet, but they changed the ingredients and added chicken by-product. So I gave Pawsnickety a shot to find clean food and WOW! THEIR SELECTION IS HUGE! They have so much clean food for our fur babies 😭🩵 they're so much happier eating their food and their coat feels so much better! I'll never purchase my food from anywhere else. They really care about the quality of every product they select. I've also had a wonderful experience with every employee Ive spoken with. I love animal lovers and I can tell each one of them is an animal lover. We always talk about our pets. I literally drive from suffolk to shop here and it's absolutely worth it!
Honestly could not be more satisfied or relieved coming here today. I was freaking out due to my huskies fur being itchy and the woman there was very empathetic and helped me right away. I got what I needed and extra goodies due to my first time and catered to my dog which was amazing. I was educated on all the products I bought and I feel safe giving my dog all of them. (shout-out rabbit foot she's eating currently). I will for sure be back in the future with my pup. If in thought check them out!!
I've been looking for "fresh" "whole food" kind of food and treats for my kitties at all the stores I go to and couldn't find it till I came here. Not to mention their support of local adoption centers. It's not a huge place but it's definitely worth going out of your way to if you care about the quality of what you're giving your pet. My kitties REALLY REALLY like the freeze dried minnows and Fussie cat real meat tins. I will definitely be back.
Extremely small but the staff was personable. Quick to offer the pups a treat and was cautious of any allergies prior to giving them a treat. Took a second for me to find the actual location but other than that it was a decent experience. They did seem to have a lot of empty shelves or open space, not sure if it’s waiting for new product or stocking issues.
Friendly and helpful staff. I found so many goodies to take home to my fur babies. They gave me a few extra goodies as appreciation as a new customer and someone who traveled from the west coast and found them on google. When I visit Norfolk again I will be back! And I’ll recommend to all my friends.
