Brought my laptop in that was just out of warranty with an issue. Millie professionally and competently diagnosed and explained the problem with the hard drive and the appropriate fix. Not only did she fix my laptop, but she also made sure everything else was working properly. Her customer service skills and attention to detail really stood out. Would highly recommend!
This place is the best! They helped fix my laptop during a stressful situation! The apple store told me they couldn’t fix my computer without wiping all of the data, but PC Tech fixed my computer AND saved the data. All for a reasonable price and in less than 24 hours! Needless to say, I highly recommend this spot! I will be coming here for all of my computer and tech needs in the future. Thank you PC Tech Team!
George is very nice here! He helped me find a correct screw for the back panel of my Lenovo laptop, from a box of so many different types of screws. He is very patient and friendly, and did not charge me anything for this.
