had a problem with my phones charging port, this man fixed it ip so fast i never knew it was gone, couldn’t recommend enough. He tries no funny business and is just an all around good man.

Great service from picking up the PC to dropping it back off. Very polite people and kept us updated on what was happening. Would definitely recommend this company

Absolutely Spectacular experience. My pc tower had started to hit me with random bluescreens after I moved in a week ago. I took it in to PCCO as the problem was beyond my rookie knowhow. I was quoted over HALF of another tech place in the city to diagnose the issue and he got back to me within 24 hours. I came back the next day and the problem was solved. I took my pc home next day after taking it in and it runs flawlessly. I asked about the pricing as I was quoted more than double at another store JUST for a diagnosis and the owner said that its a student area and wanted it to be affordable to students. Being a student myself this was very reassuring to hear. I had to take my pc back in a day later as I had an issue with a couple of my hard drives not appearing and the owner noticed he made a tiny mistake with the power cables and fixed it there and then with no problem at all and gave me a free screen cleaner for the trouble. Excellent customer service and fast and effective technical work. I will 100% be going back if I need to.

My laptop broke last Wednesday, and they managed to get it back and working within 2 days. They were very thorough and still very timely and their communication was very good too, sending me a message whenever something had changed and were really good whenever I called. The price was very fair, especially as a students and did not feel like I was being cheated.

The man in the shop was lovely; very friendly. When I went to get similar repairs done it took weeks somewhere else, but I was able to bring my laptop in here and get it fixed on the same day, for a very reasonable price considering the extent of the repairs. Very pleased with the service and would go again.
