Last year, with the help of Suzanne Ward, my wife and I financed and purchased a very lovely, small house on the Oregon Coast. Our goal was to downsize and sell our larger home in SE Portland, for an eventual permanent move to the coastal property. Since we had an exceptional experience with Suzanne, we called on her one year later to put our Portland home on the market.
