I'm not one to leave reviews but I am truly blown away by this daycare! Compared to corporate franchise daycares that stick 30+ dogs in one room all day(with no breaks), PLP is heaven. They utilize rotations of play/rest of ~6-10 dogs at a time, giving dogs a chance to play in a small group setting, and then be able to rest and recover throughout day. These groups are also made to match your dog's personality. The difference I have noticed in my wheaten terrier at this daycare, compared to others, is night and day. She gets so excited when we pull up, and stares out the window longingly every time I pick her up. I now trust them to board her over my own friends and family!! They do not have cameras yet but do post daily photos on facebook. I have met or spoke to most of the staff by now and you can tell they really do love all the dogs! With it being family owned the owner also lives on the second floor of the facility, providing peace of mind someone is always there. PLP has truly changed how I view daycare and I can't thank them enough!!!

I initially had issues getting my dog groomed, but the owners stepped up to the plate, and really did the right thing!!! The owners are very nice people! I strongly recommend them!

Updated to three stars for the thoughtful and professional outreach after I posted. As I mentioned at the end of my initial review, this place does look nice, it just didn’t work out for us. We were so excited about this place. But it just didn’t pan out and our first experience was negative. Tl:dr this place was inaccessible for us as new clients. We couldn’t really get ahold of anyone. Every time we tried to get in contact it just didn’t work out. And their new client process is convoluted. 1. Their new client process is overly complicated. I understand things needing to be done via email, but we emailed as requested. It took them a day+ to get back to us. And that was only after we had called twice and no answer. They should have some kind of form to fill out which would be a better system than emailing. 2. They don’t offer tours of the facility. They mentioned it’s for the safety and comfort of the pets. That makes sense. I just don’t know why they wouldn’t dedicate a specific time to doing tours then? We’re first time boarders, and every other facility was able to give us a tour which provided peace of mind. The fact that they don’t do tours doesn’t make them different, it makes them inconvenient. They mentioned there was a full video tour online, I went to watch it and it’s just a slideshow of pictures that don’t really show much in my opinion. 3. We drove over to hopefully get in touch with someone. And idk who it was, but someone was coming back from lunch maybe, and they did not look happy. A complete scowl on their face. Also the place is locked down and just very not welcoming. Again, I understand safety, but with the whole experience combined, it was just all too much. Personally, they still seem like a good place for pets. It’s just not a match for us and we took our business elsewhere.

These folks are amazing. Scheduling is easy, they provide amazing care, and we know that our pup will be safe and comfortable during his stay. We use them on a weekly basis and could not recommend Peace Love and Paws enough!

There is no daycare around like Peace Love and Paws I tell you what! I have been taking my dog to daycare and boarding at PLP for the past year or so and every time I come to pick my dog up, he is so tired and does not wanna come back home! Every staff member I’ve interacted with is an absolute doll and they are so good about communicating and posting pictures on Facebook! I am absolutely so incredibly thankful for them!
