Leslie was such a helpful salesperson. She "snuck" in a few pieces in my dressing room and I am so glad she did. Bought both - almost a third! Will definitely put this store on the rotation!
I had a wonderful experience with Amy. She immediately figured out what style I liked, then added some items I had not seen to my dressing room. I liked them so much I bought them.
When stopping into browse with my daughter, we loved the clothing selection. Being that it was her birthday, I figured I'd buy her a treat. I found two dresses for her and two outfits for myself. One of my outfits was a. simple cotton matching summer short and top set. When the items were rung up, the receipt stated that the little short and top set were $390! These were very plain, actually we thought they might even be pj's. When I saw this on the receipt, I didn't want them for that price. I hadn't even been given the clothes yet and the salesgirl argued with me about taking these off of my credit card. She stated I can only have a store credit. My new clothes were still behind the register! I was very angry! She explained this is the store policy. Policy or not, she should have immediately removed this ridiculously expensive little set off of my card. I told her I wanted to speak with the manager. She proceeded to go into the back room and call the owner/manager. After waiting for 15 minutes, she came back out to say, she will give me the credit this time but only this time. I was shocked that a store this expensive treated the clientele this way. After the return was complete, my purchase was still over $400 dollars, the salesgirl gave me the rest of my purchase and said thank you and have a nice day.
I did have an absolutely awesome experience shopping at Pebble & Pear. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I found some great dresses and earrings also.The store itself is beautiful as is all the merchandise. I definitely recommend this store for excellent quality and a fun shopping adventure!
I have shopped at Pebble & Pear on several occasions along with my daughter. We have always found beautiful clothes and have never left without buying something. The staff is friendly and helpful. It remains my first stop when looking for something new.
