This is the BEST Bike Shop I have Ever Been In. From the minute I walked in the store an Tracy introduced herself to walking out with the eBike of my dreams the complete experience was Incredible! The store has everything you need, lots of inventory and brands to choose from. I had some extras; lights, fenders, different handle bars and a rack added to my new eBike right on the spot. Their mechanic, Bird, does top quality work, fast and efficient. CONCLUSION: If you are interested in learning more about and getting an eBike GO SEE Tracy at Pedego La Jolla. I especially love the step-through feature, which makes riding easier on the hips for us wise riders. Their expertise with Pedego frames, batteries, and maintenance gives me complete peace of mind. Labor prices are fair, and communication—whether with the mechanic, the store owners, or the team—is always straightforward and friendly. The growing selection of accessories is a plus, and they’re open to suggestions if there’s something new you’d like to see. It truly feels like the heart of the bicycle community. The shop’s location couldn’t be better—right by some of my favorite coastal paths, beach scenes, and trails with sunset views. It makes it so easy to test ride, rent, or just stop in for service. I’ve even seen the team lend a hand to riders with manual bikes or bikes not purchased at Pedego. That’s the kind of genuine community spirit they bring.
