Olivier assisted us in finding the most lovely flat in the center of Old Quebec. We leased the property sight unseen because he took the time to give us a virtual tour of multiple locations. There were a few changes in dates which resulted in additional paperwork, but he was prompt and thorough to accommodate all the last minute details. We are very pleased and would engage this company again if we ever decided to buy real estate in QC.
Superb experience that resulted in a rental for three months.
