I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place while visiting from out of town. I came on a whim after reading the great reviews, and it was a fantastic find. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a wonderfully chill vibe and a physical setup that's both stylish and comfortable. It's an ideal spot to relax with a book or get some work done. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the first and second visit a great experience. And most importantly, the coffee is outstanding—rich, well prepared, and easily the best I've had in the area. It’s a solid combination of a welcoming atmosphere, top-tier service, and fantastic coffee. Highly recommended!

I got their dirty earl iced and it was fantastic! I've never thought about how a sort of vietnemese coffee could pair so nicely with bergamot! As a largely tea person-this coffee was a wonderful hybrid that asked and answered the question-what if we made a foggy milk tea and gave it some wild coffee bass notes? I also loved the ambiance and decor of this place-keep an eye out when you're there-many of the tools of their trade are also works of art themselves at Pennant! (No photo of my drink-too good and drank too quickly :) )

Pennant is such a gem of a coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic just hits you—bright, airy, and full of character. The patterned tile floor, high ceilings with beautiful details, and those fun globe lights give the place a timeless yet modern charm. The counter setup is sleek and inviting, with a La Marzocco machine that tells you they take their coffee seriously. I love how the natural light pours in through the big front windows, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your drink or get some work done. The vibe here is calm but lively, with thoughtful touches like hanging greenery and a soft color palette that makes you want to stay a while. Whether you’re meeting up with friends or just enjoying a solo coffee break, Pennant feels like a spot where you’re instantly at home—and the coffee is as good as the ambiance. Highly recommend!

By far one of my favorite coffee shops in the Wichita Metro area! I loved them when they were in their original location and didn't think it could get better. BUT IT DID! The food, the drinks, the people, the ambiance, the location .. it's all a vibe and it's one of the best around. I enjoy having business meetings in this spot and I don't mind posting up all day because the staff is kind and the food is delicious. While I normally get the Avocado Toast, I tried this sandwich, The Spice Girl, and it is easily the BEST breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Everything is scratch made in house and it's such a delight. Support your awesome local business owners and fall in love with a new breakfast sandwich:) AND, I'm not much of a coffee drinker but that doesn't stop me! Another local business, Monkey Brew, sells their mushroom coffee here so I love that aspect as well!
