Penns Woods Winery invite les visiteurs à découvrir un vignoble de 13 acres à Chadds Ford, proposant des dégustations et des parcours de dégustation avec des places assises à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur et des vues pittoresques sur le vignoble. La musique live rehausse l’ambiance, et un personnel compétent accompagne les visiteurs dans la dégustation de vins blancs tels que Chardonnay et Traminette et Pinot Noir (Réserve). I first visited in the Summer and came back in the Fall specifically for their Willow White wine (which was on-sale when I returned, fortuitously!). We did a tasting in Summer, and enjoyed the scenic winery views, the selection of wines and snacks we ordered. They have a number of informational pamphlets and I learned a lot about the native grape varieties they utilize in some of their wines. Will definitely be back for another visit.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The wine was very enjoyable. I normally do not like dry wines. Their wines were wonderfully flavorful.

Penns Woods Winery is a wonderful way to spend a casual afternoon. They offer live music at a beautiful setting with the vineyard as the backdrop! Staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the wine is exceptional! The pinot noir rose is a personal favorite but, I haven't met a PW wine that I did not like! There is seating indoor and out, but you can also bring a chair or a blanket as well as well behaved pups.

This winery is amazing! They have 13 acres of land with vines throughout them. There is cute outdoor seating with fire pits and indoor, covered, patio seating too! They help with engagements, bridal parties and more. The staff is very knowledgeable on the wines, the local products that they sell like cheese/honey/preserves, and it happy to make accommodations to the tasting flights. We absolutely loved the Chardonnay and the reserve Pinot Noir! We also loved the Sharp Cheddar and the Garlic Cheese on the cheese boards. We will definitely be going back.

We really enjoyed this winery. We ordered cheese and crackers to enjoy with the tasting. It was fun to learn about the history of the vineyard, and their wines are quite good. They specialize in whites, the chardonnay and traminette were my favorite and I bought some bottles. The weather ruined the rest of the day. Rain and unseasonably cold weather made us cancel the vineyard tour and picnic we planned. I'd love to go back!
