Best guacamole I have ever had. The skinny margarita was so fresh. I had to purchase a bottle of the their brand tequila. Will definitely go back again soon.
We had an incredible experience at Pepe’s Cantina in Port St. Lucie! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, well-decorated, and full of great energy. The food was absolutely amazing, and the skinny margarita was perfectly refreshing. The steak tacos were outstanding — full of flavor, incredibly tender, and honestly the best steak we’ve had locally. Every bite was delicious. The tableside guacamole is a must and added such a fun, fresh touch to the meal. The staff was kind, attentive, and helpful, and our food came out quickly, which made the experience even better. Hands down, this is the best Mexican food in town, and we all agree it’s even better than one of our longtime favorites, Rocco’s Taco in Palm Beach Gardens. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Pepe’s Cantina to anyone looking for amazing food, drinks, and a great vibe!
I’m not trying to be biased here because to be fair, I ordered takeout. However - before committing to trying a full entree, I wanted to test out two apps. For the price of these, ($10/each) I expected different. It did leave me feeling the integrity of the place ends when you order take out. The photos look amazing, and to my surprise this is what I pulled out of my bag. It was okay, didn’t taste bad or anything but now I’m not super invested. Hoping to give this place another chance, but for the price I spent, was it worth it? Not sure. The chicharone serving was comical. They tasted good but would they really serve this in person? The plantain birria app was good, a new take on something. I can’t complain, but $10 for four plantains on a scoop of meat is wild.
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable. However, I noticed that the server was a bit rushed and rushing me to order. Despite this minor inconvenience, I will definitely be returning to try out the rest of the menu. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience to enjoy some excellent Mexican food.
Everyone was so friendly. Our server Randy was amazing and very attentive. The table side guacamole is so good! The drinks were very good and strong. I had the grilled shrimp burrito was very good. The octopus was recommended by Randy and my husband really liked it. Didn't have dessert but will the next time. Everything was really delicious and this is my favorite Mexican restaurant.
