Great Casino with luxurious rooms if you make the right reservation. The Peppermill has it all….variety of casino games fantastic Sports Bar and huge screens in the sports book area. There’s a few varieties of restaurants and all have great food. I especially like the fact that they have live Poker with both tournaments and cash games. Slot machines offer fair play too👍

This was the most impressive casino in Reno. Loved the decor and did well at the casino. The rewards program has a new members perk with free play but you have to spend more than most places to earn the free play. Didn’t stay at the resort but based off of what the casino looked like I would imagine it’s pretty awesome also.

Was in town for work and stayed at the Peppermill, which is near the Convention Center. The room was very spacious and they had signs on the back of the doors that they were in the process of renovating rooms. The room I was in had yet to be renovated, but one of my colleagues had a renovated room - which was more modern looking. My room was clean and tidy at check in and there were 2 bottles of water. They are still using the smaller individual sized toiletries instead of the bulk bottles. I appreciate the instant hot water each time I used the shower. There are 2 shower heads in the bath, but the water pressure is a bit lacking (really the only fault I found with the room) so trying to get the streams to cross was the best way to rinse your hair. The bed was very comfortable, though I'd rather have softer pillows - but that's just my preference. I did have stayover service in the room a couple of the days I was there, and the attendant did a good job. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again but would like to try one of the newer styled rooms.

Wow, what a surprise! This was actually our first trip to Reno and we loved staying at the Peppermill for 3 nights. It was higher class than what we expected (even though the pictures made it look beautiful -- they were accurate!!) and it so lovely everywhere we went. The staff were so very kind, helpful and caring! The casino was well lit, bright and super clean with a comfortable, energetic vibe. It couldn't have been nicer. Our games are craps and buffalo slots, and we both did well 🤗. We forgot to use our "passport rewards" card several times while gambling, so we missed out on some points, but that's ok, now we know! Live & learn! Oh, but apparently we already have enough points for 3 nights comp'd coming to us over the next three months! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! Go have fun there!!

I love this hotel. We don’t gamble but we found the stay to be very enjoyable. The pool is excellent, even in winter. We had a cocktail in one of the lounges away from the casino to avoid smoke. Some of the other guests were annoying like cigar in hot tub guy who ashed all over the outside of the tub and no swim diaper family with a baby in the hot tub. The staff is excellent and engaging. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All in all it’s a very well run hotel. The exact opposite of an ever growing enshizafication in American hotels.
