Was happy with my nails until the gel polish chipped off the next day and I also realized they ground my nails down so thin and brittle - will not be returning unless it’s for a refund Update: Went to show the business the result of my manicure, which was ruined nails and half of the polish already chipped off, just to have them tell me that it’s my fault I walked in and didn’t read their “policy” on their website before paying for their services, even though they did not show me such policy or have me sign anything. Employee refused to refund me or acknowledge the fact that they ruined my natural nails and are using cheap products that fall off after a few days while the owner watched me on a security camera next to the desk and was (presumably) messaging the employee what to say. Zero integrity in this business and the people who run it. I hope you’re ashamed of yourselves. Would leave negative stars if I could.
I went to this nail salon this afternoon just as they were about to close, and I’m so glad they still took me in. Abby did my nails, and even though it was closing time, she never rushed at all. She took her time and did my nails perfectly — they turned out so neat and beautiful. Abby was so kind, professional, and genuinely cared about doing her best work. I really appreciate her patience and dedication. Amazing service and a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Had a BIAB manicure today, one of the best I've had anywhere! The lovely nail tech got the design spot on, and did such a neat job with the shape and finish.
I can in without a booking and they were very accommodating. The nail tech was very friendly and could match the color and style that I wanted on the spot.
