Enquired about equipment hire, was advised it was available and sent a contract. Five minutes later completed payment of contract. 20 minutes later had contract cancelled as someone else was hiring items now and I hadn’t emailed back to confirm I wanted them. Refund processed in timely manner. I understand you want confirmation of a contract acceptance, but if payment doesn’t constitute acceptance it may be time to update to a system that doesn’t rely just on emailing back and forth. My feedback is therefore on the booking system only and does not apply to services beyond that.
Exceptional hire company, we hired heaps, glasses, tables, table cloths, drink buckets, cocktail table and a bar for our daughters wedding, we could not have asked for better service or quality of products. We have engaged Perth Party Hire for several large functions, they are reliable, competitive and Sue-Anne is fantastic. Unfortunately we made a mistake with the event date and PPH kindly arranged for 150 chairs last minute relieving so much stress from our planning team. Highly recommend, will be coming back next year.
