Neil is the best person to work with at PMI in my opinion!! He's always professional and always does the Best job possible. Ryan came by this morning to do a general inspection. He gave me such good news, that we really didn’t have any major issues. It was a relief because so often when a new service provider comes out, they deliver a laundry list of must-do issues. I’m grateful my house was in better shape than I thought! The receptionist was so helpful when I called and was able to quickly set up this appointment. She was so honest and I would absolutely recommend this team
Rick has been our Technician since 2017. He is super professional, friendly, and very informative. Not only have, we never had bugs in our home, but he has helped us with a recent mice issue. Living out in the country, surrounded by woods, we expect things that he cannot control. However, the things that he can, have been gratefully appreciated! We are truly grateful to have him as our technician and the service that he does for PMI.
I’ve been with PMI for about 5 years in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst/Aberdeen area. I also have used Terminix and can say with certainty that I am much more satisfied with the experience I’ve had with PMI simply because of my service technician, Gary. I have nothing bad to say about Terminix, I simply like PMI better. Gary has been extremely helpful and reliable. His recommendations to me are straightforward. He tells me when he does or does not recommend a service and why he is or is not providing his recommendation. I also have always received a notification from him by text when he is coming to the home to provide a service, as well as prompt communication if he is not able to make it due to weather or other concerns.
We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated by Pest Management Inc., and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. They used high-quality materials and took great care to ensure the job was done right. Before the work, our crawlspace had serious issues—relative humidity was around 80%, wood moisture levels were at 25%, and mold was actively growing. After encapsulation, the humidity dropped to 55%, the wood moisture content is now around 13%, and the mold is completely gone. The air quality in our home has noticeably improved, and we feel confident knowing our crawlspace is finally protected. We’re extremely satisfied with the work Pest Management Inc. did and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for crawlspace encapsulation or moisture control. They truly saved our crawlspace!
