After submitting an online form regarding a bed bug scare (we found one bug and had a couple bites), Anthony gave a follow-up call with advice and offered to inspect our apartment at no cost. He stopped by our apartment and did a quick but thorough inspection. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided clear pointers on precautions to take. Would recommend.

If I was able to give Devin, the technician zero stars I would. Today was the second time he serviced my home and nobody was present either time. The first time, I was suspicious he did not sweep the cobwebs which is part of the service, so I armed my exterior cameras today. As I expected, he only sprayed around the house and left. I called the company to complain and was told his manager would call me on Monday since he was out of town. Apparently, the receptionist told him I complained and about 20 minutes later this technician called me. He tried to explain away his lack of sweeping the cobwebs by telling me he sprays first and if he doesn’t see any cobwebs he leaves. Well this is a quarterly service and spiders don’t spin webs over a three month period, yeah right. I get home about 2 hours after the service and I checked for cobwebs since he said there were not any. He must be blind because I didn’t have any trouble finding and taking pics. I know this could be viewed as a small issue, but if he would lie about this then what else would he lie about. I included just a few pics of the nonexistent cobwebs.
