The company came for an initial inspection, provided a quote, and I signed an agreement based on that price. I was clearly told that payment would be taken when the service was performed. However, when they arrived to do the service, the amount I was asked to pay was $120 higher than the agreed quote, with no prior notice or clear explanation. Changing the price at the last minute puts customers in an uncomfortable position and makes it feel like you are expected to pay simply because the technicians are already there. This did not feel professional and unfortunately gave me a scam-like impression. I’m leaving this review so others are aware and don’t experience the same situation.

I’ve used Pestend on two separate occasions and I’ve been very happy with their services both times. Their rates are reasonable and they get the job done. Abad did a wonderful job treating our home and ridding it of pests. We’re very grateful. I have full confidence in this company.

Javaid was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about the whole process. He even followed up after the final treatment of his own accord that I appreciated. Post treatment the traps were empty, and we haven't seen any pests. Also, the treatment was animal friendly which was very important to us cuz we have a family cat.

I'm located in midtown Toronto, and was surprised to see that rats had taken up nesting in my back yard. Never had this problem before, and Pestend has been great to work with. In particular, Dave has been here a few times to check on things, and each time he's refilled the bait stations, so clearly our plan is working. I really enjoy working with Dave, as he knows how to handle situations like this, and I'm confident that we will bring this problem to a close in the spring. Nobody wants to have this problem, and if it's happening to you, I'd recommend trying Pestend, and if you can get Dave, all the better!
