Pet Central was my go-to vet for my best buddy, and they always took exceptional care of him. The staff are all so friendly and compassionate, and do a great job of making the pets they care for feel at ease and taken care of. When it came time to say goodbye to my dog, Pet Central went above and beyond in making the experience as comfortable as possible, and I will be forever grateful for how much love and compassion each staff member put into their work and taking great care of my buddy in his final moments and days after.

It was great they were able to get us same day however, at drop off they didn't tell me they were closing for 2 hours for a staff meeting. I dropped my animal off and they said they would call me once she was ready. I left to run an errand and after 2 hours with no phone call I went back to the clinic to find they were closed for 2 hours for a staff meeting in the middle of the day. So I had to sit and wait in the parking lot for over an hour. Other customers were trying to get in and they were also frustrated. It took 4 hours at the vet to do a basic exam and they found nothing wrong. I had to bring the kitten to a different vet 5 days later where it was found her aorta was strangling her esophagus and she had to be put to sleep. I can't say I'll go back to this Clinic.

We had been going to them for a few years with our cats. Before this year we had great experiences. There was a wonderful vet who was great with our cats. she was so helpful, I could tell really cared and spent time with our pets. But unfortunately I am not sure I could see us going back. This past visit the prices had risen. We were reminded about the cost at least 3 times with multiple different people coming in with papers and things to sign that had to do with the price of the vet visit. We spent about 20 waiting/signing documents about the cost. But the vet spent, in total, maybe 5 minutes with our 2 cats and was not nearly as helpful or personable as the old vet. The vet staff are friendly and good-natured and kind but it feels as if the business is focused more on money.

Exceptional care over the past year from veterinarians and front desk staff. From cancer surgery to remove a tumor on my dog's leg to emergency care for a very sick cat, we were in the best hands. I am extremely grateful to have this clinic to rely on. Everyone is great but Dr Hoveland and Toni at the front desk have gone above and beyond.
