We’re so happy to drop off our bully mix, Todd, at the Premier Pet Paradise. When we first rescued Todd, he needed quite a bit of training and care. Two other daycares did not want to work with him or kept him isolated. Wendy and the crew at Pet Paradise stepped up and helped Todd learn how to behave and play with other dogs. We love that he gets plenty of attention and activity here. Thank you for taking such good care of Todd!

I took my German Shepherd there and when we picked her up we noticed that she had a puncture wound in her thigh area. We took her to emergency room. The doctor says it was absolutely a puncture wound . When she left our house she was not injured. We spent over $500 to get her emergency care and surgery and pain medicine. Pet Paradise did not do anything to help whatsoever. Please use caution when taking your pets here. Thankfully she is okay now. This place is definitely not safe .

I love pet paradise off of premier!!! I have been taking my 1.5 yr old golden retriever named ladybird since she was 8-9 months old. Ladybird gets excited every time we drop her off for day camp. Not only are the prices amazing but the hours of availability are great for working pet parents! It is safe to drop your fur babies off at this location, as the staff and other animals are all amazing.

Haley at Pet Paradise has been grooming my 3yo Bernedoodle and 1yo Mini Goldendoodle for their past few cuts/baths. What a great job. She cut them both evenly, followed my preferences to a T and was extra careful around sanitary areas. If you're in the Plano area looking for a place that can groom your Doodle, Haley at Pet Paradise will likely impress you. Thanks Haley & Pet Paradise

It was Paco’s first experience boarding, so we were worried how he would react, but he liked it! And became more “dog like” too, meaning he learned a few more things from the other visitors:) They were extremely nice to Paco, and called him a sweetheart:) And now we might have to enroll him in daycare!
