I absolutely loved this groomer!! She was great with my golden retriever and he did not want to leave. I also love that the dogs get to play with each other. Victoria was very nice and accommodating to me and Copper! She was also the most affordable groomer I looked into so that’s a plus! The picture was after his appointment. We will definitely be back thank you so much Victoria!

I will never be coming back to this pet grooming business ever again. When I arrived to drop off my dog, there was one 1 person in the entire place- the groomer. I specifically told the groomer that I wanted my dog kept separate because she is very playful with bigger dogs and I did not want her getting injured. Instead, the groomer told me that my dog was unsupervised and was crying in pain from having her neck stuck between some fencing she had up. After the incident, the groomer told me she left my dog with the other pets despite my specific request for her not to do so. My dog is less than 10 pounds but the appointment took all day- I dropped off my dog at 11:45am and my dog wasn’t ready until almost 7pm. On top of that, I arrived about 20 minutes after the groomer said my dog was ready, only to wait another 30 minutes once I arrived. The other dogs were still not being watched while I waited, and I observed some of the dogs almost successfully escape the area and peeing and pooping in the facility. The haircut that the groomer did was nothing like I asked for, it was short and patchy and I am still waiting for it to grow out like her hair used to look (this happened two months ago). I have also included the picture given to the groomer for reference and how the cut turned out. The groomer overcharged me $80 for this cut, arguing that my dog’s hair was knotted and recommended I keep up with 6-8 week grooming appointments even though my dog has already been consistently getting groomed every 8 weeks and is consistently brushed in between to eliminate any knotting. I have never had such a terrible grooming experience!!!

Marquanna was such a delight to meet and she took such great care of my Nova girl. 10/10 definitely recommend. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I had never taken my dog to any groomer before and she made me feel very comfortable about the whole situation. Will definitely be back!!!

I cannot recommend Pet Paws grooming enough. They were referred to us and I’m so glad they were. Although a wait to get in, well worth it. Our dog Cooper had a terrible experience at our last groomer and Pet Paws made him feel comfortable and he had himself a day with the other dogs in there. Cooper looks AMAZING and smells amazing. This is the best cut I have ever had with him. Thank you all so much. We love you guys!

The staff are really friendly and professional. Plus, they don't lock up your dogs when grooming but allow them to roam freely indoors. The place is clean and your pets smell wonderful afterwards. This is by far the best grooming place I've taken my pets to!
