i had purchased a lion head bunny rabbit on Tuesday morning of December 9th he was playful and already started to bond with me, i had cute enclosure, beds, toys, hay and pellets he was fine until the next morning, he had passed on December 10th. i had not had the bunny for 24 hours yet, i went to the store immediately. the associate and manager blamed me and said there bunny’s are fine and they can’t do anything but give me half off or a little bit of store credit. i talked to my vet and they told me he was not good when i got him. DO NOT buy your animals here especially ones they “don’t have a policy” on. also read the reviews i wish i had, i wouldn’t have even wasted my time or money on this place

I don't usually leave reviews, although I feel the need to share my experience. I recently bought 2 baby rats from here on Sunday 11/9/25 and they were quite little but I don't think that was the whole problem. At first I thought they were just scared so I let them have the rest of the day to settle down. The next few days one of the boys, Ratigan, started running around and taking treats. He was getting comfortable with his cage and environment. However, my other boy Parmesan, just layed in the tissue box and kept shaking. His eyes were squinting, he was breathing with his mouth open, and he had discharge from his eyes and nose. I couldn't get to a vet that night and by this morning 11/13/25 I found him deceased in the tissue box. I believe he passed from a URI. I'm absolutely devastated about his passing, but he was definitely sick when he was sold to me. He could not have just gotten sick and declined that quickly.This is not a hate review on the store, it's a warning to anyone who is looking to purchase a rat or possibly any animal from this place.

This is by far the best fish store I have ever been to, 100% my favorite. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys buying there new pets from a group of amazing kind people that love animals just as much as you do. They keep the store incredibly clean and they take amazing care of there animals. I love this place!!

Awesome place! Took my daughter by there to look at animals today and we were impressed! Be careful, u might fall in love with some of the puppies they have!

Everyone is so friendly, and every fish I've gotten from here is very healthy. They have rows of tanks in the back of the store with some of the prettiest peacock cichlids I've seen around 😍
