Took my 130lb Greater Swiss Mountain Dog in for a self service pet bath today. Christine was tremendously helpful. All staff very friendly. Do a great job cleaning the tubs between uses. Supplied towels, apron, shampoo if needed and dryer. Wonderful experience, thank you!
I go monthly to use the dog washing station. It great it automatically fed the soap through a flexible hose and then I’d have her nails clipped. Well they did away with the automated system so now you have to pump soap out of a bottle wt wet hands and the hose is stiff and hard to maneuver around and under the dog. I have a Doberman and it’s a lot harder to wash her now. Plus the last 2 times Ive been n there no one can clip her nails. This used to be my go to store but I might have to look for a new place. It’s ashame because they’re so affordable. Please go back to the old system and hire qualified employees. You were the best around.
Great store for fish enthusiasts (and other animals too)! They had a good deal on Fluval filters, and I got some danios as well. Friendly folks and clean.
Pet Supplies Plus in Oakland is always stocked with everything I need for my dogs and fish. They consistently have great sales and deals. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I also bring my dogs here to use the self-wash area, which is always clean and well kept. They offer a variety of shampoos to choose from, and the 10-wash package is definitely worth it. Overall, it’s a great place!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory and pets. I was going to purchase a chameleon, they were able to explain in great details all about it’s care. Pet plus deliver a exceptional customer experience, this despite not making the purchased.
