Super friendly service and helped me pick out plants for my new build. Pic attached. Discussed plants and options that might work with my goldfish. They have a great selection of fish and seemed to really care about them. I let them know a pleco was bullying another fish and they went to check on it right away. I will definitely be back
I always buy my fishes online and dont mind paying extra. But fort the first time I paid for 4 delhezis 2.5-3inches and paid extra for the shipping in petzone san diego. They gave me 4 edli which i could have bought from my local store. On top of that they dont respond to emails promptly and one of the lady in the store was so rude. Will never buy from this store again.
I ordered an arowana to be shipped from their location to Colorado Springs. Why on earth would they ship it usps knowing the fish will die. Then not guarantee the ship.ent nor will usps. So I paid you to kill a perfectly good fish because you would t overnight it? If you are a professional you wouldn't ship but overnight only. I would have paid twice over for over night. You people have bad reviews fro the same thing. Shipping fish doa. Just stay local. Keep your business within 10 square blocks. You would do better to not shame a customer for not choosing overnight as if an option.
I want to hear yesterday looking for assistance in my fish tank transfer. A gentleman named Jeff help me through my journey of the store. This is my first time here but recommended for my husband who has been here many times for his fish tank needs. Jeff help me pick out some plants recommended some substrate for my tank and also some driftwood. He was very informative and helpful. The store I can feel overwhelming so I really appreciated his guidance. Great spot for fish tank related items especially plants!
Knowledgeable passionate and friendly staff. Massive diversity in plants. Great diversity in fish. Good diversity in products. Been going here for years. Only con is things can occasionally be more priced.
