This is the most impressive jewelry store I’ve EVER been in. From their high quality rings, to their kind staff, I would so recommend this store to anyone! We didn’t buy a ring today, but we plan to within a year, and we will definitely be buying it from Peter Franklin! Kendall was so patient and helpful with us, and even went out of her way to explain the differences in diamonds and their qualities. This store has a huge selection of engagement rings and men’s wedding bands. I cannot wait to go back!
Brought my ring for crack in band, cost $50. I didn’t pay that much for the ring to begin with, but the sentimental value motivated the repair. I will seek out a shop that is not “high-scale” for future repairs. *Staff were friendly and helpful
Had a great experience buying an engagement ring here. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Terence worked with me and he was awesome to work with. Highly recommend Peter Franklin and they have a lifelong customer in me.
Where to start, I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review. The staff was amazing and so kind. I usually walk in to nice places in my work clothes and am usually not treated well. They did not even for a moment treat me like I wasn’t wanted there. Will the sales associate was great to work with and Terence was amazing as well. They helped me through the whole process. I am so happy to refer all my friends to them and I fact already have. Thank you and your amazing staff for a great experience.
