Wow! 4.9 stars out of five. That is great to see and is true. I have been coming to Peter's computer repair for years. He and his staff are always so knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and helpful. If you live or work in Los Angeles, especially Mid City or the West Side, this is the place to come to for your computer repair and IT repair needs. Simply the Best here in LA!

Peter's PC Repair provides outstanding service and satisfies all expectations. I've been visiting his place for any service to fix my laptops. I first contacted him online in 2022 when my HP Laptop 15-BS0XX wouldn't function properly and was physically damaged. As soon as Peter had finished fixing my laptop and resolving the hardware and software issues, they looked spectacular again. A few weeks or months later, I had Peter fix the USB Slots on my HP Compaq Pavilion 17-g053us, and they all started working again. A few years later, I had him change RAMs, NVMe, and even the OS for my HP 15-dy2035nr laptop and MSI PULSE 17 B13V, and there hasn't been a problem. Peter or Lucas, his co-worker, are amazing and friendly people who know what they are working on as they are knowledgeable and well-informed on many tech and software-related things. They are genuinely honest workers who show they care about their jobs and their customers' computers and other electronic devices. They would even make suggestions or recommendations on what your computer needs before starting their service. If they ever mess up on something, they will fix it up free of charge, and that's not something you would be able to get since most PC repair shops would try to shift the blame on you or make an excuse not to fix it again, and would charge to try and re-diagnose and fix it again. The prices with Peter's PC Repair are reasonable and fair compared with most services from other repair shops or stores that offer repair services. When working on changing fans or hard drives, they suggest choosing the ones that are cheaper or reasonably priced over the overtly expensive ones that aren't necessarily needed. So if you have any hardware or software or want a custom-built computer, Peter's PC Repair is the best way to go. Their websites offer more services than I have listed in this review. Thanks, Peter and Lucas, for all the outstanding work you guys put into it helping me and many other clients that comes to your for help. I wish for your business to expand and have more great people like you guys.

I spilled tasty yummy bubbly water all over my fancy gamer laptop, but managed to shut it down before the motherboard was fried. The keyboard was all verkakte though, so I reached out to Peter's and got a quick reply, turnaround and fair price. Painless. Months later, keyboard and laptop are still hunky-dory, so easy 5 star review. Thanks, guys!

Dam Peter's repair shop is the best I had a bios problem and I know what was wrong with it because I did it. I flashed a moddied bios and kind of messed it up so I called like 20 different places and they all said they could not do it, but Peter was the only one that could. He had to desolder the bios chip then reprogram the chip and I know how tedious and long the process is. I know i could not do it, I'm not that good at soldering Lol. So if you need someing done even the hardest of projects that other shops can't do or can't be done like me. Then call up Peter's shop there the best.

Peter installed an IPS panel in my laptop and it looks great. He kept me updated and charged a fair price. I'd consider using him in future for other upgrades.
