This is our absolute FAVORITE daycare. Our pup Loki has a dog sitter and a back up daycare but Pets At Play is his absolute favorite place. Loki loves the groomer and the staff. He typically plays most of the time he's there so he comes home tired. The prices are great. They send daily pictures which is my favorite because I typically forward them to our family members. They always have special events to keep the pups excited and I sign Loki up as much as possible.

Not sure their dog handlers know much about dogs. Took my dog in for an "interview". They littetslly had her for about 3 minutes and said they wouldn't board her. Said she did great with every dog but the biggest one. Said she bared her teeth and growled. No time for any socialization. This is a dog who has never been aggressive with any dog. She had been boarded many times, attended doggie day camps, and never had a bad report. Told me to try one of their other properties where they separate dogs by size, but I will just find a different company.

I was really hopeful about this place and scheduled my dog for an interview to see if she would be a good fit. The experience I had in person, however, was a sharp contrast to the warm, helpful service I received over the phone. When I arrived, the staff barely made eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke, and seemed irritated that I was there. There was little effort to engage, and no information was offered about the process. The difference between how I was treated before they saw me and after was noticeable—and, sadly, familiar. For certain people and certain dogs, this may be a great place. The programs seem cute and well thought out. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it wasn’t the right fit for us.

Our little dog loves boarding here. She plays with her little dog friends and gets meals on time. Grooming here is first rate. We bring her in every six weeks. There's a new groomer and he's great

Je suis venu ici pour leurs services de toilettage et je n'ai pas été déçu. Ils ont été polis et informatifs lorsque j'ai appelé pour poser des questions, et ils ont été super sympathiques en personne. Et ils ont rendu mon chiot adorable ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour de futurs services de toilettage et de garderie.
