Excellent condition arcade machines from yesteryear and today, especially pinball machines! Fairly clean, nice atmosphere. Perfect for a Gen-X/Millennial who misses the days where going to these places was a major outing of fun.

There are too many pinball games. They could have more variety in the games that they offer. Other than that this arcade is enjoyable and is a nice throwback to the arcades from the 90's.

I see they keep on top of machine maintenance, and try to address any machine malfunctions as quickly as possible. They also keep bringing in new pinball machines (be it a brand new in box item, or an older pin they have purchased and shopped), and rotate what they have at this location with other machine they have at different establishments around Manitoba. Always a great place to stop in and spend a bit of family time. Just remember you need to bring cash, but there is an ATM onsite as well. There is a change machine onsite to get quarters or loonies, as the machines on take coins. The arcade has a few redemption machines, along with some arcade cabinets with new and older games, but pinball is the what they are known for. Phantom Amusement also hosts pinball tournaments, and is where the Manitoba Pinball league does play regularly.

My partner and I are visiting from Victoria BC and had a goal of finding a decent pinball place when we landed in Winnipeg for a few days. Phantom has some new and old pinball machines that are clearly loved and maintained at a high standard. This is much appreciated from pinball lovers. The arcade is clean, well lit, and the games are super afford! Most machines are a $1 a play. We mostly enjoyed speaking with the staff member that was on shift at the time because he was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend 🌼🌻

Went there for the first time today and it was absolutely awesome. Great selection of games, really great aesthetics and atmosphere and a great variety of Pinball tables. Definitely gonna come back when I'm in the area again.
