To say I was impressed is an understatement. Shannon, Bobby, and the rest of the PED team absolutely exceeded all expectations for my son’s Bar Mitzvah. Not only were their ideas and creativity next level, but their management of communication between all the vendors and the venue was professional and top-notch. From start to finish, they made what can be an extremely stressful process, absolutely seamless. They were professional, attentive to my requests, and always receptive to my calls and emails. We showed up feeling like guests to our own event- and that its a priceless feeling. We will 100% be using them again for our next mitzvah - and any other event we host. They absolutely killed it!!!

Working with Philadelphia Event Decor was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they understood exactly what I was hoping for and somehow transformed my entire Pinterest board into something even more beautiful in real life. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and completely aligned with the vision I had in my head. The table linens and napkins were perfect, and all of the signage and custom artwork added such a personal touch. They created the most gorgeous lounge areas, and the menu cards, custom DJ booth, and photo booth design made everything feel so cohesive. It was exactly the vibe I wanted—elevated but still warm and inviting. And the florals… I’m still not over them. The flowers truly became the centerpiece of the entire design. They captured my color palette and overall aesthetic so beautifully, with arrangements that were lush, fresh, and full of texture. Every centerpiece and accent piece felt like a little work of art. The florals brought so much warmth and romance to the space, and they looked absolutely stunning in every single photo. I still smile every time I see them. John, is absolute magic! What really made the experience special was how professional, kind, and organized the entire team was. Everything felt seamless. I never worried for a second—they just handled everything with such care and confidence. It allowed me to actually enjoy the planning process, which I’m so grateful for. John and team absolutely crushed it for my wedding. The florals were immaculate. The reception room was stunning. The twinkling lights were subtle and chic and John really understood my vision I was going for better than I could express. John is such a huge talent and brings humor and finesse to everything he does. Making any bride feel calm, heard and understood! He also responded to all my emails professionally and in a timely fashion making me always feel confident in the direction we were working towards. John and the team at Philly Event Decor are out of this world. We gave Johna color palette and a vision and he ran with it, creating a collection of floral masterpieces that my husband and I couldn’t even fathom in our wildest dreams. The planning process was a breeze, and the entire team was great to work with on the day of! They had extra boutonnieres just in case, extra creative bouquets for our moms and a wristlet for my grandma, and John -- who was in our wedding party -- was down on the lawn in his full suit finalizing arrangements before the guests arrived. Our reception was one of the most magical setups I’ve ever seen. And what made it that much better is that John repurposed a ton of the flowers from the aisle runners and the ceremony arch to do the tables at our reception -- saving us money and reducing waste.
