Absolutely fantastic! The team were thorough, kind, and never pushy. I came to them with a specific brief for my partners engagement ring and they didn’t miss a beat. We spent 9 weeks looking at stones, settled on a beautiful sapphire trilogy ring- which my partner is elated with. Could not have found a better place to get such an important piece from. Start to end, it was an incredible experience from Ben and the entire team. We were engaged over the Ilkley Moor on 18th October, 2025.
Choosing the right engagement ring is such an important moment in a couple’s life together and I cannot overstate how exceptional Phillip Stoner were in helping us find our perfect ring, particularly Ben and Saima who provided an outstanding service. We visited several jewellers in search for the “one ring”, and as soon as we went to Phillip Stoner we realised we were in the right place. Everything was perfect. The design of the store, the warm, down to earth, yet incredibly knowledgable and friendly service of Ben and Saima, and of course, the stunning selection of jewellery. We initially found the perfect ring in terms of design - a gorgeous trilogy set on a platinum band with a very rare shape of oval which was wider than the standard elongated ovals you get elsewhere. But the diamond itself was slightly lower grade on the colour scale. Ben was our main advisor at this stage and not once did he try to upsell us. Saima then joined and together they educated us on our options, and upon us asking, made us aware they could source the exact same shape diamond but of purer colour. After some champagne and a few hours together, they managed to source the same shape of oval but in the higher colour - only 3 were available in the market at that time. Ben and Saima really went above and beyond. They sourced the perfect diamond, and remade the ring to our exact spec. It is absolutely perfect and the service throughout the process was flawless. Ben and Saima, you are a credit to your company and I hope you read this! Thank you for treating us so well. The ring itself is beyond our expectations, it’s simply perfect. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough in terms of product quality, service, and store atmosphere. Pictures of the ring on my fiancées hand 🥰
Starting with an extension of gratitude towards the whole team at Philip Stoner. No only did they handle my requests with care they were extremely accommodating and ensured an exceedingly unbeatable turnaround. This was a first time visit, as I wanted to make enquires into some of the services offered. I had a pleasant call with Deborah prior to my visit, throughout the call Deborah worked through all my anxieties and clearly demonstrated an impeccable professional level of experience, keeping me well informed of all the services offered and the turnaround periods I should expect. Upon my visit to the store, I was personally greeted by Deborah who introduced me to the manger, Dawn, assuring me I was in the best hands. I fail to speak highly enough of Dawn so far, so I must say again, a sincere, kind, knowledgeable individual indeed, truly I was in the best hands. Not only did Dawn consider all aspects of my needs in a manner which was extremely graceful, Dawn consistently went that extra mile. For all of this I am truly thankful. Lastly, to the elusive Mr Stoner himself, I never got to personally acquaint. However, upon his discovery of my needs for my piece to be ideally completed before the full moon, I was informed that he handled my piece with the upmost most urgency, not only ensuring a swift turnaround but treating it to the same levels you’d expect from someone who is truly an a angel of gems. How to thank the team beyond my words, I’m currently unsure however, I must with the same urgency I had for the full moon, extend words of deep appreciation again, thank you sincerely. (I really hope I didn’t miss remember Deborah’s name, regardless of names the individual aura shines) Blessings Sasha
Phillip Stoner had come highly recommended by several people we knew. We were in quite a unique situation where I had already inherited an engagement ring from my grandmother, but wanted a different, more modern design. The team at Phillip Stoner were amazing from start to finish, they helped guide us and advise us what would work best with the diamonds and together we created the most perfect engagement ring and wedding band. My husband and I were over the moon with the service and the overall look of the ring. Their service was impeccable, and they really looked after us from start to finish. Their aftercare is second to none too, I've had my ring resized a few times, and they said I can pop in any time to have the ring cleaned. A huge thank you to Dawn, Lisa & the rest of the team.
