I was initially a little worried because Philly Home Girls didn’t have a single bad review, but I now know it is completely justified! Christian Fegel did an incredible job helping us find our first home. He spent countless weekends visiting over 40 different houses with us, and we never felt pushed to make a decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about South Philly (as well as the city in general), and was always responsive and able to answer our questions. We were coming from out of state and looking at an unusual time for home buying, so he spent a great deal of time with us discussing tradeoffs, options, and locations we hadn’t considered. We ended up buying a house in an area he recommended to us, and we’ve absolutely loved it. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was an excellent guide throughout the process, and helped us avoid several huge mistakes that we would’ve made if we hadn’t talked to him first! It’s worth adding that after we bought our house but before we moved in, we were worried about leaving the house alone when temperatures dropped and Christian very kindly came over to check on the house—keep in mind, this was long after we’d closed!

We had a wonderful experience buying our home through Philly Home Girls! Everyone at the office was very professional, kind, knowledgable, and easy to work with, which made the process as simple and stress-free. Closing day at their office warm and homey office was easy, smooth, and celebratory! Our realtor, Jordon, made the process very easy and was super patient with us when we were buying from out-of-state and the first home that we tried to buy ended up not working out. He helped us find another home in a wonderful location for an amazing price that we liked even more. If we were buying another home in the Philadelphia area, I would absolutely go through Philly Home Girls again.
