Phoenix Electricians Today – and especially Sergio – absolutely earned this 5-star review. Our company recently moved into an older office building and we ran into one electrical issue after another, so finding a trustworthy electrician was critical. Sergio is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain how everything works, and always walks through options instead of pushing the most expensive fix. Before I was able to track Sergio down again, I made the mistake of calling a different “Google top rated” Phoenix company for an estimate. They tried to upsell every single item, suggested unnecessary add-ons, and even refused to change a simple ballast, telling me it was “better to replace the entire commercial fixture” because ballasts are being phased out. After that visit, they hounded me with multiple texts and phone calls begging for a 5-star review—even though they never actually did the work. That experience showed me how easy it is to be taken advantage of if you don’t know who to trust. I had used Phoenix Electricians Today previously when their office was right across the street from ours and regretted not writing a review then. I lost Sergio’s card, but when the issues at our new office kept piling up, I racked my brain to remember his name and finally found him again. When I called Phoenix Electricians Today, they had Sergio out to our office the very next day. He listened carefully to my concerns, confirmed what truly needed to be done, and just made it happen—no drama, no pressure, no games. You can tell a lot about a company by the way every employee behaves, and Phoenix Electricians Today gets it right from the first phone call. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and focused on helping us quickly. When Sergio arrived, he installed all new ballast bypasses, did clean, efficient work, and left the area spotless when he finished. Best of all, their quote was literally less than half of what the other “top” company tried to sell me for the exact same job. If you’re worried about being taken advantage of, trust Sergio and Phoenix Electricians Today. I rarely do reviews but am very happy to do one for Dennis, Sr., with Phoenix Electricians! He's very knowledgeable, friendly, answers questions, listens to the issue, offers very fair pricing and did excellent work. He did my electrical panel earlier this year and then I asked him to come check my fan; there was no charge at all as he found it wasn't broken and was simply a switch on the wall was turned off. How often do you find honest companies like this along with great workmanship? I'm very grateful for Dennis and his very nice office staff, too!
Excellent response to an emergency 🆘 situation. Dennis and his team arrived and gave me a fixed price to troubleshoot the situation. After checking the system he gave me a fixed price to clean it up. Responsible, respectful, and professional. These people know their stuff. They returned to finish and charged me only what they had already quoted. Signed invoices. Clear communication between the office and the crew. Knowledgeable and helpful. Made recommendations based on what was truly important. Discussed and explained very clearly. Great attitude and attention to detail. They kept a neat and clean work area and even brought a trash sack and hauled all the debris away. Sergio rebuilt the breaker box and updated it with a whole house surge protector, which is industry standard and follows the current code. This all will be helpful when it comes time to sell the house. Sergio was driving a fully supplied work van that was clearly marked with their company name and logo and phone number. Dennis and Dennis the son were driving clearly marked trucks. This is a clear sign that they operate an upstanding business. I highly recommend these professionals. The company also has PORA and SCHOA ratings along with Better Business Bureau.
