They are closed during business hours that they post as open. I went twice; first time they were closed (during hours they post as open, but only a sign out front saying closed), so I called afterwards. They told me they were closed the rest of the day. I asked if they were open the next day, and they said yes. I went back the next day during their open hours, and they again just had a sign outside saying closed. I'm not wasting my time again with this shop. They either need to actually be open during their posted open hours or clearly communicate their actual open/closed times.

Update in response to business: That wont happen… it’s a review. Google wont ban me for writing a review and in my state in which the review is being written, I do not legally have to prove anything. Nice try with the scare tactics and thank you for proving my point about the unprofessionalism experienced. ——— I had a horrible experience with University City and Northern Libs locations. I got the run around and was told lies. After arriving to my appointment, i was told the items i needed were out if stock and to go to a different location but then the next location wouldn’t provide service. Employees were unprofessional and condescending towards me.

I went in to get a screen on my daughter's phone fixed. The gentleman behind the counter was.... AMAZING. He gave me his full attention and explained everything in detail. He didnt get annoyed with my speed talking and banter about my kids and job. Found out he loves Mint chocolate chip cookies!! Im going to pick up my phone today an I hope he is there. Excellent service.

Love this place. The technicians that i have dealt with (Rod and also Jeff) have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They rescued my poor little laptop! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I had received a iPhone 13 from a friend that had some battery issues. It kept popping out. The staff there was super friendly and was willing to help with pushing it back in. Later, it was determined that plates could help the battery to remain in place and the staff helped me with that very nicely (cost around $20) It happened again later though, and I went back to see what was the issue when they had said there shouldn't be an issue anymore. The computer technician said the phone technician would be in later, so I left my phone with them. They said they would not do anything to the phone without first emailing me about it. I come back later that day (without an email having been sent to me) and find that I'm being charged $30 and that they just popped in the battery for me (which had been done for free for me before). Again, I did not have an email sent to me asking if this was okay to be done. Some of the staff there are really nice, but be aware of potential tricks like these.
