I brought my IPhone in and it was all green screen and he had it fixed in about an hour where all the other places wanted over a couple of hundred dollars and more this gentleman fixed it for $100 he’s awesome, recommend this shop and I’m bringing my friend with her phone as I’m writing this review!
Had the USB charging port changed on a Samsung S22. Ordered the part and two days later fixed in 25 minutes. Great price compared to all the other shops I called. Been around for more than 8 years, I hope at least another 8! Support your local independent businesses.
I'm extremely pleased with my experience at the Phone Repair Shack. Mike replaced my iPhone 12 battery in less than the twenty minutes he said it would take, and he charged $19 less than the Apple Store. And on top of the exceptional service and low price, he was just the nicest guy. I highly recommend the Phone Repair Shack.
What a great place to get your phone repaired! Mike is extremely professional, and his prices are very reasonable. I've been to him three times (I'm a bit clumsy and tend to drop my phone), and each time he's fixed it quickly and efficiently. I'm very grateful for his work and wish his business continued success. June 2022 Update - Mike replace the batter for free after I mentioned that the battery had replaced had died. ************************** Original Review**** My iPhone 6s Plus had died on it's own and was not even responding to charging!! I took it to Apple Store in Valley Fair and got it tested and without giving any details declared it DEAD! They then offered me a replacement for $385! ****** update 2/4/2024 ***** Had the iPhone XR repaired with Mike replacing the charge port which had gotten wider and often would disconnect from the PC! ********** I message Mike at Repair Shack here and asked him to test it for a dead battery! He told me to meet him at 11 the next day and that's when he tested it and replaced it!! My phone is now working thank to Mike and I am not out of pocket $385 dollars!
