Our Photo Booth Rocks did our wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was just okay. The attendant provided was very unenthusiastic and didn’t make any effort to encourage our guests to use the booth. Many photos were never printed, and the video feature—which was something I was really looking forward to—was never completed or delivered. After contacting the company, they did send me the missing photos, but there was no offer of a discount or any kind of compensation—just an apology. Because of this, I was left with an incomplete photo book that I had to finish myself, and I’m missing the videos I hoped to look back on from our wedding day. They were fantastic at the wedding expo, which is why we booked them, but sadly they fell flat on the actual wedding day. It was disappointing compared to the expectations they set.
I might be biased, but this was truly one of the best photo booths I have ever seen at a wedding! The photos came out so crisp and I loved that guests could also record a video! It was easy to customize our keepsake print out with tons of options for the border and fonts. The team took care of all the setup and made sure our guests had a blast. I added the scrapbook option at the last minute and I’m so glad I did. The team sent me all the digital downloads right away and it was a really easy process to access. Highly recommend working with them!
Photobooth Rocks was amazing from start to finish! Our attendant was so friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had the best time. The photo quality was phenomenal — clear, vibrant, and so flattering — and the digital gallery made it easy to relive all the fun. It was such a hit at our reception, and our guests are still talking about it!
